I see these people advertise their Clinic to be caring of women women’s experiences and as someone who has been to this clinic two times I would definitely not say that that’s what they have going on at this point They have one male Doctor Who is completely insensitive of why women may have valid reasons for why they would be uncomfortable being alone in a room with a male doctor, or allowing a male doctor to examine them intimately without another person present I would literally find any other clinic I could go to if I wer... read more
For context: our daughter was donor concieved. 2 years ago I had to confirm my pregnancy before scheduling my first OBGYN appointment. So I went to options360 which was the only place near me that would basically just give you a pregnancy test and write you a letter stating you are in fact pregnant. Which was a little Weird, but whatever, I just wanted the paperwork so I could start prenatal care. I show up and they give me the pregnancy test and then leave the room to check the results. Went here because it was the closest and fastest option and was free—that’s all the good I can say about it. immediately upon coming in the receptionist barely looked at me and acted annoyed that I was there. The nurse that saw me tried to lecture me about STI‘s and looked wildly offended when I said that I was not interested. the judgement also felt palpable.
