It's a scam. They invite you to a 30 minute informational meeting. Then they wanted to charge 8K to sell our Timeshare. Their program charges $299.00 annually but you have to pay thousands to go on vacation.
They asked my mother for money upfront for timeshare exit then asked for more and did nothing. They are rated "F" by BBB for complaints. BEWARE.
This company is a scam!!! They lied to me get me to come to their presentation which was to provide me with update about timeshares and laws that have been passed that would allow me to get back my maintenance fees since COVID. They said they would help me do the paper work, etc.. I specifically asked how long I'd be there and was told usually about an hour, no more than 1.5 hours. I would highly recommend Options travel group for timeshare exit services. They held our hand throughout the process and got it done in 5 months. No more deed/maint fees to hilton and vacation village. Customer service is excellent. thank you
About 4 months ago i attended a meeting with Options Travel Group. I've been to plenty of timeshare meetings regarding the Hilton timeshare that I purchased back in the late 90s. We have used the timeshare every year for the past 25+ years and have enjoyed the vacations we have been able to take with it.
