Very helpful with a comprehensive knowledge of the time share industry
I just spoke with Carl from the Options Value Travel group. He took the time to educate me about our benefits with this program. He was patient, kind, articulate, and professional. We thank him for making this experience of learning enjoyable.
Most of complaints are real. 4 hours after arrival they still hadn't done much. We signed just to escape. After that, we still have 1 timeshare without an exit and a vacation program we can't use because husband is now crippled. Not exactly a scam but possibly close to it.
Paid $7000 and it was worthless. Got better rates from hotel websites. I tried to cancel and never got my money back and never used it. Feel scammed.
