My son has received two pairs of complicated scripts from Lorraine Mathlin at Options Optical. Lorraine communicated openly and honestly about the best option for such thick lenses. To complicate the situation a bit Lorraine had to engage with my adult son respectfully and appropriately for a man with high functioning Autism. I would not hesitate recommending her store for people who need a little bit of extra time and understanding.
I can not rate The staff at Options Optometrist more highly. We were treated like people not numbers for the monthly targets. The owner/manager of the store took the time to spend helping my husband to select the right frames. Previously We have experienced been steered to the most expensive frames not necessarily the most appropriate, or ignored when another customer walks in. We will definetley be returning and sending all our friends. Thanks again
Bought a pair of spectacles from here last week. The sales girl told there is a scratch in one lens and to come back to swap a new one. So I went today at 4.45pm after work. She said she needs 20 minures for this job and has to come back later. I went to Coles and when coming back I saw she is closing doors at 4.50pm. She was in a hurry for easter.
I have been to Options Optometrists a few time and have found Lorraine very helpful about her work with all aspects involved from start to finish like what products and benefits work best for you
I have always found the staff to be friendly and very helpful, I would reccommend Options Optometrists. They communicate well with people all ages.
