Had the best experience at options optometrist! My son had his eyes checked at a different opticians and wasn’t happy with his glasses so decided to try here and they were so amazing, professional and helpful with his eye test and fitting for new glasses. His eyes are finally happy! Thanks so much for great service
I went to this store for what should have been a very minor repair to my sunglasses. The issue involved a small plastic connecting piece around the frame/lens area. It was a simple repair, yet I was charged $40 for it. I accepted the price and left my sunglasses with the store. Approximately 45–60 minutes after I dropped them off, I received a phone call from the person handling the repair. During that call, I was asked whether there had already been a scratch on the lens. I just wanted to thank Portia for being so awesome! We stopped in to ask a quick question about whether my current sunglasses were blocking UV rays. Even though I wasn't buying anything new at that moment, the shop assistant has been really helpful. She helped and checked my lenses, and confirmed they were safe to use. It’s rare to find someone who is so willing to help with a small request without trying to push a sale. Their expertise and willingness to help were greatly appreciated. Keep the awesome work!
