I have now worked for this company now for over 6 years and have never been so happy. They support all of our service users with great care and respect. I have also recommended them to families that need support. I have also reccomended friends to work for this company. I feel very supported and work with a great team of support workers and an excellent admin and management team David Roberts senior support worker

I don't work for the company but my mum does, I have honestly never seen her happier in a place of work than what she now.

I am currently employed by this company and can honestly say they are one of the best around. I have worked for other care companies in the past and the training and support was never great. I have a great team to work with and my senior is always there to offer help and support when I need it. PR

I have worked for the company for over 11 years now, so this is a testament in it self. The management team and my senior are very supportive and have been very understanding and flexible especially as I am a working mum with 2 young children. There was nothing but care and compassion when I had to take a significant amount of time off due to my son being extremely ill, with my service manager and deputy manager going above and beyond their legal obligation.

I have been with the company 11 1/2 years now and am blessed to work in a wonderfully supportive environment. The company have significantly increased the pay of all staff within it and are very proactive and forward thinking.
