This office is nothing but political and only cares about Medicaid patients and political views. Dr. Talbot spent an hour with me and my daughter and we only discussed how we were going to pay for the appointment as insurances say they cover but don’t actually cover services and then talked about a political law I should vote in. I asked in advance if my insurance covered them and they said absolutely and we were all good but communication is clearly not their strong suit. I have sent my clients to Options for several years for evaluations. All of my clients return saying they found their experience to be helpful. I look forward to utilizing this much needed service in the future.
Doors are locked so I couldn't pick up paperwork to get filled out. I called I got the voicemail. I had the same problem trying to call and make an appointment nobody ever answered the phone
