Worst counseling place ever I signed up with them over 4 months ago I've only spoken with one counselor got another counselor once again haven't heard anything from them they don't keep their appointments and when I called the office to talk with the counselor they sent me to somebody totally different and all I got was the voicemail I can tell you right now I will never ever go through them again this is so disappointing I need help with my mental health bad and now I don't know who to turn to

Try to call for an appointment and nothing but voicemail since Monday 2/16/2026. Just called again today and they advised me it is first come first serve. I have been waiting for 4 days. I will be removing my family from this center and moving to a center that puts their customer first.

Put me in a VERY unsafe atmosphere....not returning phone calls....medical and pharmacy are horrible...

My therapist told me that 5 people were going on paternity leave and booked me a month out. A week before the visit was scheduled, I got a cancellation text. It simply said that he was going to be out of the office so my appointment was canceled. There wasn't any follow up or suggestion to reschedule. I won't be going back.

The lady at the front desk was rude and mocking people behind her clear plastic desk sheild. I dont recommend going here unless you want to be made fun of for trying to get the help you need. You really need to get a new staff.The guy was nice atleast.
