The doctor here Malia Johnson was so rude. I went into the office for a bladder infection that she had told me that I needed to go to an urgent care then follow up with her instead of just letting me do a urinalysis at her office to check on my bladder infection. So I did go to an urgent care they said I did and gave me the medication I took all my medication and then I got a phone call from the urgent care and told me to stop the medication and see my normal doctor. The therapist brought their problems to me, we rarely spoke about my needs. The were on the phone a lot during the session and always had to leave early.
This place is a god send. They have helped me so much. I can't believe theres actually people here giving bad reviews. They do not deserve that. There are not many places for a dual diagnosed person to go get help with pretty much anything you need. When doors in the community are getting slammed in your face, options has an open door policy and will leave the light on for you always. Thanks, k Brown.
