Options literally saved my life! I was struggling with staying clean and sober and couldn't do it on my own, that's when my family contacted options and got me into there. This place is amazing, I was digging myself into a hole that was going to end badly. The counselors and support staff are great and come from a place of experience. Everyone here has your recovery in mind, however you need to do the work. The will help guide you and make you really look at yourself in a way you didn't think possible. Options saved my life. I went in extremely depressed and suicidal. I spent two months in there along with doing a month of day program. the amount of support I received and the tools I learned have changed my life for the better. I was so scared going in but soon felt very safe. The overnight staff there my first night were so kind and helpful. Edit: After reading the other 1 star reviews, I am disgusted that people are losing thousand of dollars to this type of treatment. The facility Susie previously worked for (Women into Healing) was shut down due to multiple lawsuits for kicking people out and keeping their money and the owner was abusing opioid medication. If AA is something you are willing to give 100% of your life to, this is the place for you. Besides that, little is offered as far as counselling and medical care goes. A family member of mine was here for THREE days before this treatment centre kicked them out due to their medical issues - they were unable to help! My family member left and they have not received their refund of $15,000 yet… it’s been almost 2 months now, and have called numerous times with no luck of anybody answering. UPDATE: they’ve called back and said they don’t do refunds! BE AWARE!
