Edit: After reading the other 1 star reviews, I am disgusted that people are losing thousand of dollars to this type of treatment. The facility Susie previously worked for (Women into Healing) was shut down due to multiple lawsuits for kicking people out and keeping their money and the owner was abusing opioid medication. If AA is something you are willing to give 100% of your life to, this is the place for you. Besides that, little is offered as far as counselling and medical care goes. A family member of mine was here for THREE days before this treatment centre kicked them out due to their medical issues - they were unable to help! My family member left and they have not received their refund of $15,000 yet… it’s been almost 2 months now, and have called numerous times with no luck of anybody answering. UPDATE: they’ve called back and said they don’t do refunds! BE AWARE!

I went to Options in October 2024 when my life was completely unmanageable. I couldn’t stop drinking, and honestly, I should have been dead. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with dignity and compassion. The staff loved me until I could start liking myself. The centre was clean, the food was incredible, and both group sessions and one-on-one counselling were powerful parts of my healing.
