I went to Options in October 2024 when my life was completely unmanageable. I couldn’t stop drinking, and honestly, I should have been dead. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with dignity and compassion. The staff loved me until I could start liking myself. The centre was clean, the food was incredible, and both group sessions and one-on-one counselling were powerful parts of my healing. This place is amazing, I was digging myself into a hole that was going to end badly. The counselors and support staff are great and come from a place of experience. Everyone here has your recovery in mind, however you need to do the work. The will help guide you and make you really look at yourself in a way you didn't think possible.
