I would not recommend this place. I would give it 0 stars if I could. My child was set up to do her individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, and medication management at this place which sounded great to have everything all in one place. That is until 2 wks into the program when they kicked her out for not following their rules because she made contact with a group member outside of the facility. To be upfront, the service provided by my therapist was great, and I have zero complaints about her. The administrative side of things was an absolute nightmare. They will not call you back and then will hang up on you abruptly. After ending services early 2022, I called mid summer to ask for my bill, knowing there was a remaining balance. They said their billing team was not available and would call me back.
