Bad business don’t go with these guys
Josh came to our house and offered their services and mentioned they would work with our insurance and take care of everything. Towards the end I had to deal with the insurance to figure out what was paid and what had not as Josh had stopped doing so. Siding was done within a matter of hours but the quality of the work was horrible. We had a shingle replacement project completed on our house last week. The project mgr was Jeremey Bents. He was very professional in all aspects: Sale,schedule, insurance details, and always followup. Great communicator. Project was completed very professionally also.
Jeremy clearly covered all details and expectations before anything needed to be signed. He then oversaw the entire project from start to finish, and even made a couple special trips to clean up any stray nails or debris after the installers were finished. One piece of siding had a small hole from falling debris, and Options Exteriors repaired it better than before at no cost to me.
Jeremy and his crew that helped do are roof were amazing, very professional and nice and caring. Jeremy goes above his duties to help and make sure your house looks the best and the way you wanted it to look. Definitely will pass his name to others looking for a dependable worker.
