I noticed that Options Credit Union was offering a very attractive rate on balance transfers to an Options CU credit card. I had an old Options CU credit card but it had expired. Sherry went above and beyond in getting my card reinstated and then made the balance transfer for me.
Sherry thank you for the help on refinancing my vehicle. Your customer service is outstanding and always helped me and lead me in the right direction.
I used Options to purchase my car back in 2019. The rates were unbeatable (in the words of the dealership I was working with) and they have been wonderful to work with. Anytime I had a question or needed something, they were pleasant and helpful. I've paid off my vehicle, but wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future. I did not expect to ever rate a bank, but they really are great to work with.
This place is amazing. After being with WF for 15 years I switched to Options, seeking a more personable style of banking. Sherry and Nicole were instantly welcoming, and put me and my young family on a path to reclaim our finances. I am so happy to be a part of the Options CU family and urge anyone reading this to do the same!
I've been with Options CU since 2005 and the services and products just keep getting better. It's a relatively small credit union but with full services. I've always had excellent personal service whenever I call and it's taken care of. Options participates in shared branch so I can go to any credit union that participates and transact business.
