What a slap in the face. Wasting my time with Options made things worse. Day of cancelations we're regular and I was left adrift with the wrong medication for 2 months without help. No plans for recovery. No help with daily stuff.
I got a call almost 2 days after my ‘head doc’ informed me she “got a better job, so this will be our last session” WTH?? But than I got a call from Options (this is 01/2022), they informed me they needed me to fill out info and email it back, and someone would call me the following Monday so I did, 3 months ago. No call. I don’t expect them to JUMP but please some of us are imploding inside, and it just seems like no one is in it for the right reasons anymore. Am I wrong? Prove me wrong please
THEY WERE NOT THERE OR AVAILABLE WHEN WE NEEDED COUNSELING THE MOST....THE HOLIDAYS & MY PAPA'S PASSING!!! MERRY CHRISTMAS & HAPPY FU**ING NEW YEARS!!!
Professional and courteous staff are helpful and caring. There should be more clinics like this.
