Great service and people with exceptional experience!! John was awesome, very personable and easy to understand. Went in for possible transmission maintenance and after a full car evaluation was advised to replace a small detail at a local auto parts store.....and that corrected the issue I was having. Best of all, John provided advice free. I will definitely be back and refer my family and friends to option transmission.
We have had 2 transmissions repaired at Option and I first went there as my neighbor also used them to repair her transmissions with out any trouble what so ever and she racks up a lot of miles.
