I had an accident in my master shower. Im taking a shower this morning, and afterwards I hear water gush out of my loving room ceiling. I was devastated. Water can be brutal when it comes to damages. Not only that but I got into an accident not long ago where my Highlander was totaled and I have been out of work for now 6 months. So I lost it. Kyle was incredibly honest and effecient, and everything was said and done within hours of my phone call. 5 stars would recommend.
We had a pipe burst in our garage at night and were frantically trying to find someone who could come out and fix it. Daniel, the technician that came out to our house was prompt and stayed in constant communication with me about his ETA. He fixed the immediate issue and then came out the next day to fix other problems he discovered. He even called later in the evening to make sure that everything was still going well. Pricing was fair as well.
