The nurses were great. The intake officer terrible. They kept me waiting for weeks for a scheduled infusion told me that my insurance was the hold up. Insurance had approved for a year and this was visit 3 insurance verified they sent nothing for another authorization even though option care claimed that was the hold up. Dr office showed me screen shots of option care saying they were waiting for me to call and schedule and it was all me. Can't say enough good things about option care, our daughter suffers from a terrible illness and has needs chronic medicine and they have just gone above and beyond, Riley is fantastic. Definitely choose this place for home infusions!!!!!!!
The clinic itself is pretty good. The billing, however, neutralizes all of that. It's an absolute nightmare! They set up a payment plan, tell you it's X amount for 4 payments. But guess what... they screwed up, and those 4 payments aren't enough to cover the whole bill, so instead of making another payment, they screw you over with a near TRIPLE amount one month! And if your bank happens to be down on payment day, they can't do a thing to push it through, so you get screwed again. Do yourself a favor and stay far, FAR away f... read more

This place is a joke. Never answer their phones and never return calls. Very unprofessional! I always thought that patients take priority and pay the bills.
