The clinic itself is good, my problem is with the "bureaucracy" especially since option Care purchased them. I usually schedule my next infusion appointment after checking in for my appointment but at my last appointment I was told they weren't allowed to schedule my next appointment because they didn't have orders from my doctor even though there was 6 weeks to get it sorted and I knew all it would take is a message to my doctor. Kennedy, Josie and Angela…. FIVE STARS. Georgie…. TEN STARS.!! But then there’s Riley! Rileys ignorance was absolutely appalling. I’ve been around the block but I’ve NEVER …. In my life been treated so rude. Unfortunately this is the only infusion place in the valley that I can come or I would have walked right out the door. I am so disappointed in the way I was treated by her.
This infusion center is great. I would highly recommend it to anyone needing infusions. This is my third course of infusions and I was not able to come here for my second course as they were to full. The difference between course 1&3 and course 2 are really not comparable. Here at Option Care Infusion you are greeted the minute you walk in the door with a friendly smile and kind voice.
