The ladies here took such good care of me in such a fragile state. Thank you ❤️
We have now have a third bad experience with this business. Don't expect them to stay on top of insurance (took them more than a month to actual confirm it after insurance and the doctor had approved it) or give a good IV. It took seven attempts before they rescheduled to try again and then another four attempts the next appointment. They ended up severely bruising my arms.
Great staff here! Everytime we come here for an infusion twice a year, the entire staff always go over the top to try to make sure we are comfortable. The facilities themselves are nice, but it's truly the techs working here that make the biggest difference. People can complain about Option Care on the billing or insurance side (of which I do admittedly have issues) but the reviews should be for the place you literally walk into and how well you are treated there.
