Very unorganized. They are dealing with sick people and made a terrible mistake not advising patient to bring IV medication to their infusion site. The patient came directly from the hospital and could not get her medication, leading her to miss a dose. They also promised a nurse would be available to come to the house to teach the patient how to dispense the medication. The nurse cancelled the evening before after business hours leading a very stressful situation for the patient and caretaker.
