Jennifer Garcia over at Optioncare downtown Chicago Lake Shoredrive location is an excellent nurse I cant ask for a better infusion nice she's always courteous & makes me feel as comfortable as possible I really do appreciate her im glad I chose option care for my infusions it makes my life so much less stressful & better.....
The infusion center - and the nurses who staff it - are excellent. There is always a quiet, calm vibe, which it nice, and Veronica and Edith do whatever it takes to make the session go smoothly. I think many of the negative reviews might relate to the OptionCare pharmacy, not the infusion center, which is separate entity. This listing is for the infusion center at 680 N. Lake Shore Drive. My experience was and always is over the top. I always look forward to my visits. I’m always greeted with a welcome and a smile. It’s very rare that you go to the doctor and someone is really passionate about you and your wellbeing. Edith and Jen from 680 N Lakeshore are very caring and don’t mind answering any questions you may have.
