**They're going to leave me their email to tell me to contact them with problems** BUT I HAVE TRIED FOR MONTHS. Nightmare company to onboard with. Charged me for treatments they won't provide me with because I've never received them previously at other facilities. They won't pick up my phone calls or return my messages. Won't refund my charges. I called the state attorney general and still no results, literally go anywhere but here.
I’ve been receiving injections treatment at Option Care Health at the 57 street location and couldn’t be more pleased. Ruby and Ashley are absolutely wonderful - they make me feel truly cared for every visit. I’m grateful for the exceptional care they provide!
