I’ve had a wonderful experience with Option Care Health. The nursing staff is consistently kind, attentive, comforting, and responsive. During a few emergency situations, they stepped up immediately and provided outstanding care and support. Thank you to the incredible nurses, especially Frieda, for taking such great care of me.

Frida was absolutely amazing. Ive been to a plethora of sites, interacted with multiple doctors and nurses over the course of my lifetime and I will say Frida is one of one. She is relatable, she is attentive, she is professional and most of all, she is empathetic. Truly an amazing person who has made my visits a fantastic experience. A true example of what this industry needs more of.
Most awful service. I called to find out about the services and insurance and verification of insurance - a person named Jeff picked it up and said he has no idea truly and hung up and was very condescending and would not answer any questions. Extremely shady business.! And very disrespectful service.
