The service was terrible; they ignored me even though I had an appointment scheduled for a specific time. They kept me waiting for over 30 minutes while attending to people who arrived after me. I told them I had a busy day and needed to travel, but they didn't care—they just ignored me and suggested I come back on Monday (and it’s currently Saturday). They lack the empathy needed for a job that involves serving the public.
I am incredibly disappointed with my experience with Option Care Health. I want to start by saying that my RN was professional, kind, and a pleasure to work with. She took the time to coordinate a mutually agreed-upon infusion appointment, and I truly appreciated her care and communication. BEWARE OF THIS SCAM. It took *months* for Option to try to onboard me. My doctor provided them with everything they needed and they said they would fulfill the request for healthcare... and after about 8 weeks of me calling regularly they said my insurance wouldn't cover the request despite the prior authorization. They suggested an alternative treatment.... and after about 6 weeks of me calling regularly they finally told me I could pay for it and get a call back from nursing. On August 7 2025 I went for a blood draw.. they lost my blood at this facility .. because of the incompetence of this office.. my dose of medication was not adjusted to proper dose.. under came to my home on the 12th and did a blood draw that day 10:30 PM that night I received a phone call from the A doctor with infectious disease from Yale telling me to immediately stop with the vancomycin .. They told me not to take any medication until they figured out what they were going to do. My vancomycin levels were extremely high. ... read more
