On August 7 2025 I went for a blood draw.. they lost my blood at this facility .. because of the incompetence of this office.. my dose of medication was not adjusted to proper dose.. under came to my home on the 12th and did a blood draw that day 10:30 PM that night I received a phone call from the A doctor with infectious disease from Yale telling me to immediately stop with the vancomycin .. They told me not to take any medication until they figured out what they were going to do. My vancomycin levels were extremely high. ... read more
Staff very pleasant. Very patient. My case presented some challenges and they stuck with it. Call direct ok but call center very poor. No one answers 800 number patient care extension for 3 days straight!, no option to leave # or message
While I'm pretty sure none of us want to have an "infusion" and while I was very nervous and unhappy to go, once I arrived I was put at ease. Nurse Kerry was wonderful. She was kind, compassionate, caring and congenial. The place itself is very clean and comfortable. There's refreshments and snacks. If you need to get an infusion and can choose where to go, I'd definitely this facility.
