They took so long to "approve" my infusion after my insurance company already approved it I had to file a complaint with the state. Then apparently because they only have one person on staff at all times they take forever to answer the phone, and when that one person calls off they cancel your appointment. The only reason they get a two star instead of one is because the facility itself gives you a private room with a comfy reclining chair and personal TV to watch shows on. I'm not sure it's worth the headache though. I hope... read more

I'm a new patient to this facility, but I've been on Renflexis since 2019. I'm 2 months past due on my infusions, and this facility has done a horrendous job at getting me on the schedule in a timely manner. Never before have I had an infusion center demand lab results for TB and Hep B before agreeing to see me. They danced around on it for 2 my months without ever telling me they were waiting for this niche requirement that literally no other infusion center requires, and then have the audacity to tell me that I have to com... read more
