I have never had a good experience with them in the three years I have had to deal with them. Just a portion of what I have dealt with: Charging my card $6,000 because they didnt charge my two insurances correctly, not sending a pump after calling and confirming several times it was with the medicine, sending the wrong medicine, deliveries scheduled and dont show up after confirming with them 6 times, picking my pump up 3 days before my infusion, scheduling me at the clinic instead of sending my medicine to my house.
My husband has used them twice.
It wouldn't have come into contact with that option care and have been willing to go above and beyond to see that my care goes smoothly. Thank you. Option care
