The difference from using Option Care to other services I have had to use would equate to the service you would get for a back alley craigslist purchase to a new Lamborgini purchase. They are just that good. Everyone is friendly, you can joke with them, they will communicate via email, and always consistent. Other services I have had to have an overnight courier deliver things last minute all the time, and you never knew what you would be getting.
