I had weekly appts with Option Care Cranston 2025, and every single person I had contact with was fantastic. Every nurse, every trainer, every phone call, every text was first rate. I highly recommend this center.
Every month I need to chase down supplies and no one ever answers the phone. I’ve spent hours on hold with them and no one seems to care that their ordering system is clearly broken. They claim to have an online system in place, but it is the most inefficient process ever. They won’t send out a link to place an online order until they speak with you… so what is the point of an online option if I still need to call you? Once again I’m waiting to hear back from Optioncare while completely out of supplies. They don’t care about... read more
Very pleased with service they provide for my infusion therapy. Always get prompt answers to any of my questions. A well run company.
Laura was very friendly and knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable and made sure I knew what was happening or going to happen. At no time did I feel like she was skipping over stuff or rushing through my appointment. I would give 10 stars if I could.
