I waited to be seen and the actual infusion didn’t start until almost an hour after of the appointment time. The nurse would pause to talk to other people and was texting before. Meanwhile the patient who came in after me was helped and set up and signed right away and treated more friendly and with more care

No call received The experience has been extremely disappointing. For two weeks, I was led to believe that your company would supply my grandmother’s formula, nestle peptide Impact 1.5. I was told multiple times over the phone that you carry it, and your team repeatedly requested additional documentation to move forward. This review is specifically about Robin, my nurse at this location. I absolutely adore her! I became her patient a few months ago, and was so happy to have a nurse who creates a safe, kind, funny environment. She is so validating, and I never feel like I can’t voice my needs. When I watch her with her other patients, it’s clear everyone feels the same way about here as I do. She’s the best!
