I use option care for their enteral (feeding tube) supplies for years. Now they are not providing the supplies necessary. Their manager Nora was less then professional when I inquired on what is necessary to get the supplies needed. She said I should go to another DME company. WOW...switching DME companies takes a lot of time and effort to coordinate approvals for the necessary supplies. Amazing how horrible this company has turned out to be!
