Option Care Southeast was unfortunately given the orders for my infusion, and after two months of back and forth with them while my symptoms ballooned without care, I had to switch service providers. CVS specialty pharmacy had my order for TWO DAYS and now my rx is on the way with a tracking number in my hand. The intake specialist Ashley LIED to my provider that "the team had tried to reach out and could nor contact me," meanwhile no outreach had been conducted. Very unprofessional company!!!!!!!!!! I have NEVER dealt with a company as unprofessional as this one. Anytime I have needed something for my daughter's tube and called I constantly get transferred, then it goes to voicemail and I hardly ever get a call back! One of the reasons why I switched companies. So today I call to cancel the service with option care and no surprise they are of no help, I get transferred and straight to voicemail.
