I have been on IV antibiotics for 3 weeks now with this company. I've had deliveries come at, 6 pm, 630 pm, 1 am, and today was told somewhere between 8 and 10 pm. I'm on a 24 hour dosing of which I take around 430 pm. The pharmacist that I spoke with yesterday guaranteed a delivery before my dosing schedule. I called in before COB today to enquire about the delivery, and I was told that they would check on it and get back with me. No one did. If I could give a zero I would. My sister has cancer and is suppose to get her IV therapy by 8:00, which it is stated on the packaging label. It just now shows up at 10:30pm, she is already asleep because she has a doctor's appointment early in the morning. This is the second time she has went without her therapy because it came so late. Option Care called her 2 days ago and knew her therapy would run out yesterday and could not even get it here today in a timely manner for her to receive her therapy. I got my feeding tube on Monday and it’s been a nightmare where my doctor ordered for them to come to house then they were trying to do virtual and Shelley said my stuff was out for delivery I should of had my feed yesterday .
I’ve had option care for my daughter two years now. I’ve had a few miss understandings with supplies but nothing to ever put a bad review until tonight. I called the emergency line the gentleman was so nice and helpful my daughter’s feeding machine wasn’t charging anymore and was at half battery %. The gentleman took my information and number.
