Very unprofessional company!!!!!!!!!! I have NEVER dealt with a company as unprofessional as this one. Anytime I have needed something for my daughter's tube and called I constantly get transferred, then it goes to voicemail and I hardly ever get a call back! One of the reasons why I switched companies. So today I call to cancel the service with option care and no surprise they are of no help, I get transferred and straight to voicemail. Cound Not understand a word spoken. The option care pay department. They are located in India. I don't understand why it would be out of the united states when option care is in the us. Very frustrating.
