Option Care Louisville, KY are the rudest folks I have ever had to deal with. We have medicare and blue cross and blues shield for insurance. They only billed medicare, and are trying to get me to sign some sort of admission agreement to hold me responsible for payment if medicare doesn't pay. They should be going to my secondary insurance, bluecross and blue shield. Folks beware, this could happen to you.
Tabitha has been exceptional. I highly recommend this location. I like Sundays because I don't have to miss work.
Option Care Southeast was unfortunately given the orders for my infusion, and after two months of back and forth with them while my symptoms ballooned without care, I had to switch service providers. CVS specialty pharmacy had my order for TWO DAYS and now my rx is on the way with a tracking number in my hand. The intake specialist Ashley LIED to my provider that "the team had tried to reach out and could nor contact me," meanwhile no outreach had been conducted. Absolutely amazing service. Always very kind compassionate and helpful. Everyone here works very hard to make sure as patients we are all taken care of and getting our medications made correctly and on time. Great job option care Louisville!!
