I went back and forth with their nightmare onboarding team for FIVE MONTHS before they finally realized their internal policies won't let them work with me given my medical situation. My doctor apologized before referring me to them even stating that they're hard to onboard with, but this is by far the WORST medical experience in my chronic illness care I've had. Five months later I'm still without the treatment I need because their call centers can't do their jobs right.
Just know that if you can't provide the required documents to them quickly enough, they will likely end up ghosting you. Not my fault; the healthcare system in the US is terrible, and it takes an eternity to get a doctor's appointment and the required documents for Apertude. Oh, and they also don't give a timeline for when the documents are supposed to be submitted. After a few months, I finally obtained the required documents, and then I was told, 'Oh, it took too long; we need to start over again.' A waste of 400+ dollars.... read more

I’ve used this company twice and both times have been great. Staff is extremely helpful and supplies were delivered quickly. I highly recommend this company
