Horrible experience. My very sick little one who had surgery was discharged from a Boston hospital 6 days ago and they still have not sent ANY of her supplies to clean the wounds and tube feed supplies. I'm pissed. Left messages with no reply. The hospital social worker called multiple times and still no answer on the supplies that were supposed to be delivered the day after discharge from hospital. I went back and forth with their nightmare onboarding team for FIVE MONTHS before they finally realized their internal policies won't let them work with me given my medical situation. My doctor apologized before referring me to them even stating that they're hard to onboard with, but this is by far the WORST medical experience in my chronic illness care I've had. Five months later I'm still without the treatment I need because their call centers can't do their jobs right.
