Not my fault; the healthcare system in the US is terrible, and it takes an eternity to get a doctor's appointment and the required documents for Apertude. Oh, and they also don't give a timeline for when the documents are supposed to be submitted. After a few months, I finally obtained the required documents, and then I was told, 'Oh, it took too long; we need to start over again.' A waste of 400+ dollars.... read more

I’ve used this company twice and both times have been great. Staff is extremely helpful and supplies were delivered quickly. I highly recommend this company
My supply deliveries have been problematic for 3weeks in a row. I have been prepared with a list of items required for the week. 3 weeks ago, my tpn supplies came with NO TUBING. Last week, I received syringes and needles separate. Three needles were unusable, as they were too small and did not work! Additionally, the ice packs were nearly all the way melted.
