My daughter has been a patient of Option Care for a month now following a lengthy hospital stay. While the nurses/pharmacist I’ve spoken to or dealt with have been overall pleasant to work with and also confident in their abilities, this company is failing significantly in communication and providing the appropriate level of care from what seems like the back end. 3 stars because while everything is shipped correctly and in a timely manner, I never wait less than 20 to 30 minutes on hold to place our reorder of enteral feeding supplies. We call our local Somers Point Option Care Health
Absolutely LOVED my visit at Option Care Health! I can't express enough just how much I appreciated their quality health care. I was a newcomer to Option Care Health and a little nervous at first during my visit, but only because I haven't had an infusion done outside of my main hospital in a long time.
