I have been getting infusions for 10 years and I’ve never dealt with a more unprofessional, disrespectful, unreliable, and frustrating infusion center. Beware....do not deal with Option Care in Eatontown NJ. Although the injectable/infusion service I received was acceptable THE INTAKE AND OFFICE STAFF BOTCHED UP MY PAPERWORK GROSSLY MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME TO RECEIVE PHARMACEUTICAL SERVICES FIR ME AND MY FAMILY ELSEWHERE. Such a terrible company to have to deal with. My nurse, my doctor and my pharmacist all said they are the worst, but unfortunately my insurance makes me only use them. THey have screwed up 5 infusion orders in a row and are just a pain to deal with. I do not recommend them.
