Option care should not be an option. They don't return calls. They are rude and uncaring. The staff has no idea what they are doing. The delays they have caused may have caused serious lapse in care to a patient.
Great experience with option care. Good communication and follow-up. They even coordinate and file the paperwork for financial assistance programs. I recommend their services.
Family member uses them. They fequently lack coordination between scheduled services and medications which requires rescheduling. Single source for the area so what can you do?
