I have been trying to get a prior authorization for two months and nothing has worked. You can never speak to a real person. I have to drive 4 hours to Stanford for my infusions and you apparently accept my insurance. Chico is only one hour away. Don't you want my business? It has been so frustrating. Still nothing.
I have been given 3 different fax numbers to send the rx orders to- none of which have worked! Truly wasting my and my doctors time, my doctor is not interesting in working with this company now.
This place is great. All the workers are super professional, respectful and ethical. No idea why anyone would leave one star, but this is a great place to get care. I go here for infusions for UC. It’s outstanding.
