I am suppose to be transferred to Optioncare from another infusion company that is closing their infusion business. Spoke with Stephanie and had it set up to receive my medicine 2 days later. 2 weeks later and no product, no return calls from her and she didn't even return the call from my insurance company's pharmacist. This is the most unprofessional company that I have ever worked with. There is no communication. None of the employees have any knowledge about their patients or status.
OPTION CARE TOOK VERY GOOD CARE OF ME.
Your nurse lies. Told you I refused care now here I am still with an infection no warning no conversation as to what was happening. Horrible communication, horrible care and that nurse should find another job, because she's a liar. Never again!!!!
