The worst organization to have worked with. If you have an option select another provider. Multiple calls were never returned, placed an urgent order for nutrition and directed to leave a voice mail, Option Care never responded and never filled. Thankfully my husband condition had improved and the order was not needed. Today we received a letter indicating that they’ve tried multiple times to reach us and since we had not replied they would be discharging us and a bill sent for the unit! Failed to deliver drugs as promised causing significant inconveniences. Did not notify us of delay. I had to call them to learn status of order which was not readily available. A total clown car operation. Absolutely NOT what you want from a pharmacy where accuracy and reliability are essential.

Antibiotic infusions, for bone infection with stage 4 pressure ulcers, were to be picked up by delivery company at 6p to be delivered at 9p. Called option care 5x. Last time was told delivery company looking for a driver and meds will be delivered by 11p. I can't take my night meds, we ha e no outside lights, and the doorbell isn't working. Option care operator was very nice and understanding and said she would call delivery company in an hr and then she will call me. My brother needs his infusions every morning within an hr... read more

I will never refer any patients to this company. You cannot speak with anyone. You cannot follow up with anyone. It took several weeks to have a dietician assess our patient who was unable to take in anything by mouth. This was atrocious

I am suppose to be transferred to Optioncare from another infusion company that is closing their infusion business. Spoke with Stephanie and had it set up to receive my medicine 2 days later. 2 weeks later and no product, no return calls from her and she didn't even return the call from my insurance company's pharmacist. Terrible employee follow through and I am sure it's happened to many others. So I reached out as you suggested last we to your email, and I have had nobody contact me.
