Option Care delivers great setvice and care. They are responsive and answer all questions and always want to know if everyting is going well. Michelle, the nurse that comes to my home every 2 months to give me my injecton is wonderful. She is reliable and always on time and is very thorough in treating me and reviews how I have been doing since her last visit.She is a pleasure to talk to and I always feel upbeat after she leaves. My wife and I enjoy her visits.
Option Care is the best option for the health care of our loved ones. We are deeply grateful for the time and dedication that our nurse puts into our daughter. We have no words to thank her for all her support.
We used Option Care for medicine delivery for my husbands IV. Dose had limited time so the deliveries were frequent. OC was always on time, called before delivery, called when they were close, always arrived within the time designated. They were helpful & professional Highly recommend Option Care of Itasca. .
My nurse, Ann Shapiro, was great. The literature from the company was detailed and informative. I highly recommend this company for in-home infusions and injections.
