The nurse was informative, helpful and professional. It is not difficult for me to recommend. .
Nice place for my wife's infusion, the gal took good care of her and she knew what she was doing. Had a nice set up, snacks and drinks, also pillows and blankets. Very nice.
The individual nurses at this facility are fantastic. HOWEVER, everything else about Option Care is terrible. Every time I get an infusion requires at least half a dozen phone calls. The pharmacy (back in Chicago somewhere) takes several calls (and I have to tell them what's going on) - then they ship the medicine to me - I need to bring it to the infusion center. There IS a pharmacy facility in Tukwilla WA that could provide the medicine - but Option Care chose Chicago for me and won't switch it. They also can't figure out ... read more
This is not the best location for medical services. The parking, including handicap spots, are on an incline, that for patients using canes, walkers, or wheelchairs, make it very risky to get to the front door. There are more suitable suites, with level parking, further back in the property. That said, the staff doesn't choose the location and the staff that serve me are very warm and welcoming, they help me feel comfortable and at ease while at the same time, maintaining a high level of professional service.
Kept me calm and made sure i had plenty of meds.
