I had a pleasant experience there. My nurse Alysha was very nice and knowledgeable. Helped teach me how to give at home infusions. Even offered to help me to my car after.
STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!! Unreliable, disrespectful and ignorant that’s all I can say after years of being their customer for my son’s Gtube needs. With everything parents of special need kiddos go through, dealing with an unresponsive company, is an unnecessary stress we don’t need!

Does not deliver correct items nor do they deliver when promised. I’m now forced to stay awake until after midnight to receive my order. I’m tired of hearing about their remodel which has resulted in meds and supplies coming from Richmond..
