If we can give more than 5 stars we would. We are new homeowners and our pool turned green, really green. One service I called suggested we empty our pool. The other said we have to replace our filter. I found Option 1st Pool Service and it was heaven sent. Thad responded and came to see our pool. He is the guy you want to service your pool. He is honest, patient, responsive and very knowledgeable. We will continue to use his service and we hope many more will.

I am a senior and my pool service does not have repair services. My pool filtering equipment would not come on. I tried at least 10 numbers finally found Option. He came and evaluated and knew right away what was wrong. I knew I could trust him and he worked with my financial situation. Showed when he said he would, got my system up and running in a short time and fit me in when he was very busy. I would refer to others in a minute!
Thad was so easy and kind to reach out to for pool help! He was very responsive and quickly identified the pump wiring issue. Came by and fixed the pump right away. 10/10 would recommend!
