DO NOT take your car to these people! I had an appointment for a one-hour diagnostic and they kept my car for FIVE DAYS! They never called me once; I called each day for an update and was told they hadn’t looked at it yet. Finally, on day 5, I called and after waiting on hold for 15 minutes, being hung up on, and calling again, they said it was the part I thought was the problem all along. What a difference from my last experience! The change in management was much needed. Dan was able to get my parts in quickly and get my car safe for my children and I within days. I have had poor experiences with Option 1 in the past but after finding out they hired a new manager decided to try them again and glad I did. Love supporting local businesses! Keep up the good work

On February 21, 2023, I brought my car to your garage with Corey, and he assured me that it would be next on the list every two weeks that I called to check on my car.
