Kept receiving calls while at was at work and then when I emailed them with the contact form on their website, and asked them to contact me after 5pm central time on weekdays, they started to contact me on weekends. I asked for a letter showing the validity of the debt was initially ignored, but when they finally called a a decent time, I was finally able to get one from Hayden.
