Best Cut in the Lacrosse/Winona Area. Miguel at OptimusBarbershop might have gave me the best cut I ever had it’s fair priced for the amount of detail and time he puts into it and he’s very respectful and nice I would highly recommend and I will sure be back when I’m in the area
