I've been renting from Optimus for 5 years and I'm fully satisfied with the apartment,the maintenance crew as well as the office staff. My requests are always handled promptly . Everyone is polite and considerate and there to help when needed.
My overall experience with Optimus has been alrite......in the 5yrs that Ive rented I must say the apartment is beautiful and I love the maintenance team Jeffrey and Gabriel they BOTH are wonderful getting the requests handled quickly and respectful men........but George C whew I try my best not to talk him and I truly believe its because sometimes I dont understand what he is saying so I always speak to Johanna B and she handles my problem/issue with no problem.......only thing I dont like is the neighborhood and with that ... read more
This company is really just administer for terrible landlords and their buildings, you would think you would check out the apartment before you agree to represent the landlord, toilet is falling apart, roof caved in no net on the window, so you can’t open your window unless you want a bunch of flies , maintenance request never done, companies like this should sued
Fantastic maintenance,responsive and polite customer service. I rented from them for 2 years
