I had an appointment at 8:45am @ dental department 01/23/2024. I was running 3 min late so I called front desk to let them know and ask if I can still come for my appointment I’m 2 min away. Front desk told me yes as long as it’s before 9:00am. I arrived around 8:50am. The front desk check me in and told me take a seat. At 9:00am she told me the provider stated she could only see me if her 9:15am appointment doesn’t come in. Awful. Wish I read the reviews of the dental office prior to making an appointment. I showed up this morning at 8:15am to my son’s appointment and they told me they had a flooding issue (gross) and needed maintenance to come so they were not able to see my son for his appointment. I had re arranged my entire morning for this appointment. I don’t think I’ve ever showed up to an appointment where a professional has not been able to see me or my family members and had to cancel.
