This was my son’s first time buying a car with cash in hand, and the whole process was calm, relaxed, and positive. Bruce was great, informative and easy to work with. We appreciated that we were able to take the car for a real test drive and even get it inspected before buying. They even allowed a little room for negotiation, which isn’t typical for a trade-in. Overall, it was a great experience!
