Julian Vallon supposed to be a Dr and she never helped with nothing only to prescribe me pills. And delayed my care for many months I’m glad she’s not my primary doctor no more. But this place don’t really care about their patients unless you’re passing out then is your fault too.
The receptionist at front desk doesn't have customer service and doesn't know how to conduct a proper conversation without giving attitude,they made proudness got the best of them,they talk to you like 🗑. I felt so bad when I went there..
If your kid or yourself suffer from mental health please do not bring them here they do not keep up with refills on medications and when you call it’s always a run around I suffer from depression and been without meds for 3 days. Tuesday called they told me my doctor was in and they will send him a note waited all Tuesday heard nothing fast forward this morning (Wednesday)I call again my doctor won’t be in for the rest of the week how is that safe?? 3 days with no medication
