wonderful clinicians, they have a very timely and professional services to take care of our patients all the time. we are trusting them with all our wound care patients and would recommend them to other agencies.
7 days have passed without delivery of medically necessary wound care supplies. The company continues to report delivery problems and promises call-backs that do not happen. This lack of follow-through is unacceptable and is interfering with treatment.” This is now a patient safety issue.
