Optimum offers some of the best comprehensive care we have received. Our family has been receiving treatment at this location for 10 years and have never been let down. Our practitioners always go beyond basic care and have helped us to achieve a better level of wellness.
Dr Kayla is an excellent chiropractor, very friendly and cheerful, my visits to the Shawnessy location have helped me immensely, Kim at the front desk is very friendly and helpful, overall I have had a very positive experience at this location and would recommend it for anyone looking to get chiropractic treatment

I had a wonderful initial visit with Dr. Kayla Goodwin, and after my first adjustment, I left feeling amazing. Dr. Kayla took the time to listen to my concerns, and addressed all my issues with such care.
