I’ve been looking for a chiropractor I’d actually be excited to see every time, and I found that in Dr. Kayla. She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain why I’m experiencing certain issues and how we can manage them together. I always leave feeling better in my body and overall health. Also, Amy at the front desk is really sweet and welcoming. Highly recommend!
Gerry was my physiotherapist, who is nice and humorous. He listened and focused on what my requirements were. He kept me posted and ordered all the gears helping me to recover. In the meantime, he also documented the treatment plan and followed up afterwards. I really appreciate what he has done for me. Amy, the receptionist, is friendly and kind as well. She knows my name and greets me with genuine smiles. Never forgets to book appointments and confirm with me. Awesome customer service!
Update: Dec. 22/25 I have chronic pain issues that are difficult to assess and remediate. However, with the collaboration and expertise of the team at Shawnessy Optimum Wellness Centre I have been able to find pain relief and increased mobility. Flavia DaCosta's massage therapy, has released the tension in my muscles that remarkably increases my mobility.
