I love this little gym. it's got busy hours especially weekdays when peopel from the PT office are suing equipment, but it's here in Lehigh and it's affordable. I do wish they would replace the stickers on the weight machines (cable machines etc) I could tell what I'm lifting for sure and maybe some hooks on the equipment to hook items on to. And a couple command hooks in the bathrooms near the showers for the rare times I use it. Otherwise I absolutely love this gym. Only down side is theres not access 24 seven but for the ... read more
Great people on this location, Aleida and Richard PT are the best!!! I highly recommend this place. She recover my knee after a ACL torn. She pushed me and brought me back to my best shape. Gave me confidence and I’m not an athlete. I tried another location with other PT but requested a transfer over again. God bless them!
