From start to finish, the entire experience was absolutely outstanding. First off, their flexibility with scheduling was a lifesaver. I have been coming to Optimum Vitality massage in Arvada for 3 months now. Every time I am here I have a wonderful experience. I've been dealing with chronic neck pain for a long time and Brianne and Dejan have taken the time to understand the issue and tailor the sessions to my needs. Their technique and attention to detail made a noticeable difference right away. Thank you!

I have been experiencing fairly severe neck and back pain for a while now. I have only had one session with Optimum Vitality thus far, but I already feel better! Brianne was phenomenal! Magic hands. Not too hard, not too soft. The entire experience with their staff has been very welcoming. My first visit was by far the best massage that I have ever had. If you’re going through pain or just want an awesome massage, I would highly recommend them!!

I’m new to the area and finding a new massage therapist can be daunting. But after reading other reviews, I booked with Dejan and I’m so glad I did. I felt super comfortable from start to finish, and the massage was exactly what I needed. Dejan is easy to talk to and I felt like he really listened to me when I shared what I wanted to work on. I am already looking forward to my next appointment.

I've had massages for 30+ years-at clinics, at spas, at all-inclusives, on cruises... and this was the best one I've ever had. No chitchat except for asking pertinent questions, when a sore spot was hit and I flinched then it was discussed and worked on (without killing me) and time management was handled great, given all that I needed done. A++. I was able to ride my bike for 2 hours today when I'd been managing an uncomfortable 45 mins-an hour at the most for the last week. Amazing...
