Optimum has been awesome! I was with another provider here in town (a national brand) for several years and it got to the point that every 4 to 5 months I was getting a notice about a new rent increase. I finally had enough of that and switched to Optimum. So glad I did! They were super friendly during the onboarding and my rate has held stable. Highly recommend them!

I called Crystal looking for a place to store my Ranger bass boat. She was sooo polite and knowledgeable about what she had that could fit my needs. Crystal arranged for me to go out and look at the unit and issued me a temporary code to access the property. The unit was perfect and fairly priced as I had checked around town.
