Quick response when we called; very friendly and helpful. Able to visit and select our spot and easily set up our account online. Very clean organized and secure property!
I called Crystal looking for a place to store my Ranger bass boat. She was sooo polite and knowledgeable about what she had that could fit my needs. Crystal arranged for me to go out and look at the unit and issued me a temporary code to access the property. The unit was perfect and fairly priced as I had checked around town. Crystal knew that I would need electricity for my battery charger and this unit had electricity. Over the last couple of years I have used Optimum on and off. I have always had a good experience with them and the new owners are great! Most recently I need to temprarily relocate my RV for constructon and they were able to get me in with one call and that night. They definitely should be your first choice.
