I visited this gym recently and it was pristine and the people were all extremely friendly! Never even knew it was there so happy my friend told me about it.
I travel often so it’s always great to find a gym nearby. This is a gem tucked away. Great local gym plenty of equipment. Not crowded. Even has an infrared sauna. The 2 gentlemen that helped me (the one I spoke with on the phone prior to coming and the gentleman who helped me when I came in when they opened) were very friendly and helpful.

My wife and I recently went to Optimum Sports and Fitness, and we couldn't be happier! From the moment we walked in, Roger and Rosalyn made us feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. Before even starting our workout, we used the InBody machine, which provided us with a comprehensive baseline of our fitness levels.
