I love this gym! Stopped in while I was in town visiting and will definitely be back. Great vibe, everything you need and super well-kept.
Feels like I found a hidden gem! This spot has all the essentials, plus an infrared sauna. Plenty of parking, thoughtful ownership, an easy win all around!
Being new to the area, I’ve had to try to find several staples, I.e., good barber, doctor, etc. One of those is also a good gym. I went to several in the area, and none quite fit what I wanted. Optimum was the last gym I visited, and I hit everything I was looking for. For me, it’s in a great location close to work. But, for anyone interested in the general aesthetics, the place is very clean, including the locker room. I can only speak for the men’s locker room, but I imagine the women’s is clean as well.
