Good mix of machines, cardio eq, free weights, and functional strength stuff. Enjoyed pushing a sled on the turf area.
Awesome little gym. Super clean, it has a wide variety of machines and different workout spaces, machines, cables, turf, sauna.
Great place, perfect for athletic training and development. Clean, spacious and has a versatility of options for gym goers.
Been going to Optimum Sports and Fitness for 3 months, such a great gym. Plenty of equipment for any workout and the staff are always kind and approachable. Definitely recommended.
