This gym is immaculately clean, and the staff was kind, courteous and welcoming. When I walked in there was a class for some kids beginning and I thought it was awesome to see some professional training for the next generation and getting them into fitness and exercise early. The bathrooms were very nice and they have all the equipment you could need for a full bodybuilding work out, as well as equipment and space for athletic style training.
I’ve been training at this gym since September 2024, and it has never felt weird or overcrowded. One of my favorite things is how friendly and welcoming everyone is, I never feel like a stranger when I walk in. The gym is always clean, with well-maintained bathrooms that include showers and towels. They have all the equipment you could need, plenty of trainers for one-on-one sessions, amazing group classes, a sauna room, and an InBody machine to track body fat and muscle mass. Visited this gym and it’s really organized and clean. Nick (a trainer there) was very helpful and nice with any questions I had!
I dropped in for the week while in the area for work and will most definitely be back! The owner, staff, and trainers were all welcoming and respectful. The facility is clean, organized, and has all the equipment you need. Top notch and definitely recommend!
Ran into Roger as soon as I walked in, very friendly and knowledgeable. Nice selection of equipment and amenities! I recommend it here very clean and structured.
