I have been to this office more than once and each time, I have left there feeling unsatisfied. No one ever greets you when you walk in, never a hello or how can I help you. The people in the office are often unprofessional in appearance and in attitude. As a customer/patient, I felt like they were not trying to help me but rushed and treated with a lack of sensitivity. Rude is an understatement. Don't expect caring or compassion, especially if you have an ethnic sounding name. You'll be transferred.

Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely!

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Yes, there is a definite trend of overbooking here Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? No, my decisions were always respected Were you able to relax during your appointment? Not really, I was a little uneasy Did this provider show attention to detail? Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information
